Termly Payment & Permissions
for young people coming to Youth or Club

Youth = year 7-9
Club = year 10-13

To come to Youth club, please email [email protected] 
Then Naomi will be in touch to organise a way to pay for the term and the following week and permissions.
​  It means you can pay up front for the term (£1.50 per week) or you can choose to pay in person via cash weekly or card in one lump sum.

We want to make it as easy as possible to join but also make sure we are able to provide a good service.

We will use this information to contact you if there is an emergency regarding your child at Youth Club, or if the behaviour of your child is not acceptable. We will also use this information to contact you and your child with information of relevant activities within the youth ministry. We will store the data electronically and securely until the September after your child turns 18. If you do not consent with any of these points, please state so on the form. 


Limited Numbers:
Sadly due to the capacity of our leaders and safeguarding limits we are having to limit entry to 25 young people each night so will be doing a sign up each week which will go live at 7:30pm on Tuesday evenings. There will be capacity for one adult to book multiple tickets however we will still need parental consent and details should anything happen. 

FAQ:
Can I sign up my friends young person?
Yes, but you will be responsible for making sure that their parents consent to it and you will need to input the correct details for their parents i.e. you can't put your details in for all those you sign up who aren't in your family.
Can I sign up to the all of them?
Sadly not we are doing a first come first serve basis to make it fair across the board. The Tickets for the events go live at 7:30pm 

Can I cancel, or if my young person is ill?
Yes if you can't make it then please let us know 

What about my refund if I paid for the whole term?
If you have paid up front for the term and can't get a space we will work out a way for you to be compensated. We can chat about how you want it refunded, e.g. money off next term, money towards tuck or money off extra events.
