for young people to have updates for Youth Club

Youth Club = year 7-13

If you would like to sign your child up for membership at Youth Club, please fill in the form below.
Applications cannot be processed until both forms are submitted. The information should be submitted by a parent or guardian and will be sent securely to our office. We will contact you to let you know if your application is successful.

Termly Payment & Permissions
for young people coming to Youth or Club

Youth = year 7-9
Club = year 10-13

This form is so that you can pay for the term and sorts out permissions for the term. It means you can pay up front for the term (£1.50 per week) or you can choose to pay in person via cash weekly or card in one lump sum.

We want to make it as easy as possible to join but also make sure we are able to provide a good service.

We will use this information to contact you if there is an emergency regarding your child at Youth Club, or if the behaviour of your child is not acceptable. We will also use this information to contact you and your child with information of relevant activities within the youth ministry. We will store the data electronically and securely until the September after your child turns 18. If you do not consent with any of these points, please state so on the form. 


Limited Numbers:
Sadly due to the capacity of our leaders and safeguarding limits we are having to limit entry to 50 young people each night so will be doing a sign up each week which will go live at 7pm on Tuesday evenings. There will be capacity for one adult to book multiple tickets however we will still need parental consent and details should anything happen. If you can't get a ticket then for a week then please sign up to the waiting list and we will make sure you get the sign up the following week at 6pm rather than 7pm for the following week.

FAQ:
Can I sign up my friends young person?
Yes, but you will be responsible for making sure that their parents consent to it and you will need to input the correct details for their parents i.e. you can't put your details in for all those you sign up who aren't in your family.
Can I sign up to the all of them?
Sadly not we are doing a first come first serve basis to make it fair across the board. The Tickets for the events go live at 7pm on the Monday for everyone but 6pm for those on the waiting list from the previous week.
Can I sign up to the waiting list and the event ticket?
Please don't sign up to the waiting list and the actual event if there are still free tickets as it means those who can't get in this week won't be able to get a fair head start next week. We want everyone to be able to come but have to make it fair for those that aren't able to sign up in time.
Can I cancel, or if my young person is ill?
Yes if you can't make it then please let us know as will let those on the waiting list know and they can have a space
What about my refund if I paid for the whole term?
If you have paid up front for the term and can't get a space we will work out a way for you to be compensated. We can chat about how you want it refunded, e.g. money off next term, money towards tuck or money off extra events.
