‘Break The Cycle...’

Both our RS2 Groups will be meeting as usual during the services this Sunday as we take a look at the theme of ‘Anger & Violence’. There will also be snacks, chat and a first chance to hear about, and see photos from, the RS2 Weekend Away. See you there!

RS2 Socials 2008

The remaining socials this year will be LaserQuest on Thursday 22 May and the end of year Big Day Out on Saturday 26 July.

Youth Services 2008

There will be Youth Services on Sunday 18 May and Sunday 20 July. Please keep the dates free ... we'd love to see you there and you'll probably be asked to be involved!

Trevor

Trevor works at St Michael's Church as a full-time Youth Ministry Assistant. “The Dog” helps lead RS2 at both services, and in his spare time loves football and his girlfriend, Laura! How sweet!

Ant

Ant is the full-time Youth Minister at St Michael's Church. He helps lead RS2 at the 10.30am service. Ant lives on the Kings Drive estate with his wife, Laura, and their fast-growing bump!

Andy

Andy is a member of the RS2 team at the 10.30am Service. He lives with his wife, Sue, and their four children, in Stoke Gifford. He is an AFC Bournemouth fan, but other than that, he's a pretty decent guy!

Chris

Chris helps lead RS2 at the 9.00am Service, and he's also the official multimedia co-ordinator for the whole St Mike's Youth Team! Chris lives in Stoke Gifford, and works in the centre of Bristol.

Naomi

Naomi is a Young Leader at RS2 during the 10.30am Service, as well as a member of Mettle. She is also our Child Sponsorship Scheme Co-ordinator. 17-year old Naomi lives with her dad Chris and mum Julie, who is one of the vicars at St Michael's Church.

Emily

Emily is a Young Leader at RS2 during the 9.00am Service, as well as a member of Mettle. 18-year old Emily is passionate about drama and music, and spends much of her spare time doing one or the other!

RS2 is our youth group for 11-14s, and is open to anyone in Years 7-9 at school.

RS2 meets during both the morning services at St Michael's Church every Sunday (apart from all-age worship weeks and school holidays) in T4/5, Old School Rooms.

RS2 is for anyone who comes to church at all, and we play games, listen to music, maybe eat some sweets, and find out more about what it means for you to be a Christian in today's world.
